Frequently Asked Questions

Comprehensive information about our platform, features, and policies.

Communities are created around shared interests. Each group has an organizer who manages events and members. Organizers can customize settings such as attendee limits, visibility, and group details.

Organizers can create any type of event—whether in-person, online, or hybrid—provided they follow our community guidelines.

Organizers can set attendee limits and RSVP requirements. The system automatically enforces these settings. Automatic waiting lists are a feature on our near-term roadmap.

We take privacy seriously and use secure data storage and HTTPS encryption. Your personal information is never shared without your permission.

Users can control whether events or groups are listed publicly. Additional privacy controls are planned as the platform grows. Users can also set display names and choose whether to show their full names publicly.

Radius is accessible worldwide. Events can be created and attended by anyone with internet access, though features are currently tailored for English-speaking users.

Radius runs on all modern web browsers. While there is no mobile app (yet), the site is mobile-friendly and works well on phones and tablets.

Radius is free to use and will always offer core features at no cost for all users. A Pro plan with advanced tools for organizers is coming soon—perfect for those who need extra features to grow and manage their communities more effectively.

Organizers can set prices for their events. While payment processing is not yet built-in, organizers can link to external ticketing tools or manage payments offline.
