  • Paid Plans means any subscription or paid features offered through the Service.

2. Acknowledgement

These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

  • By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. The Service

Radius is a platform for discovering, organising, and participating in community groups and events.

  • We do not organise, host, supervise, or control events listed on the platform.
  • All events are organised independently by Users.

6. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of any Content you submit.

Licence

By submitting Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your Content and confirm that:

  • You have the right to post it
  • It does not violate any law or third-party rights

Removal

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any Content at our discretion, without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others
  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or scam content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

8. Events Disclaimer

Radius is not responsible for:

  • The safety, legality, or quality of events
  • The conduct of organisers or attendees
  • Any injury, loss, or damage occurring at events

Attendance at events is entirely at your own risk.

9. Paid Plans and Payments

Availability

Some features may require payment via a subscription.

Billing

  • Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed, except where required by law.

Changes

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We believe your use poses risk to the Service or other Users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

    • The amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim

  • Events will meet expectations

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
