Community Guidelines

Our Values

At Radius, we put people first. We recognize, appreciate, and respect the diversity of our global contributors. Everyone should feel safe, welcomed, and empowered to take part in the Radius community, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.

Scope and Applicability

These guidelines apply across all Radius activities — online and offline. This includes:

• Participating in Radius-hosted events or groups.
• Interacting on the Radius website or via email.
• Engaging with others in chats, comments, or messages.
• Representing Radius publicly or on social media.

Expected Behavior

• Be respectful. Disagreement is okay—disrespect isn't. Listen actively and be open to other perspectives.
• Be direct but professional. You can be honest and constructive without being hurtful.
• Be inclusive. Seek out and welcome different perspectives. Help others participate.
• Be mindful. Consider how your words and actions affect others. Apologize when you get it wrong.
• Lead by example. Encourage a welcoming, safe, and constructive environment.

Unacceptable Behavior

These actions will not be tolerated in any Radius space — online or offline:

• Violence, threats, or incitement to harm (including doxxing).
• Harassment, personal attacks, or public shaming.
• Derogatory or discriminatory language related to any identity, including gender, race, or ability.
• Unwanted sexual attention or inappropriate physical contact.
• Disrupting events, talks, or discussions.
• Attempting to influence or lead others into disruptive or harmful behavior.

Consequences

Radius may warn, suspend, or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to maintain a respectful and safe environment, including removing individuals from events or the platform.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, report it by emailing hello@radius.to.

Reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with discretion. We may consult legal counsel or external specialists when necessary.

Abuse of the reporting process (e.g., false reports intended to harm or exclude others) is itself a violation of these guidelines.

Appeals

If you believe a decision related to these guidelines was made in error or unfairly, you may appeal by writing to the same email. We will review and follow up.
