Creating a New Group
Set up a public group page, pick a city, and add a logo and theme.
A group is your public home on Radius: a page for events, discussions, and members. Start with a local meetup, a professional network, or a hobby club.
Before you begin
Please ensure you've read our community guidelines before creating a group. These guidelines help maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all members.
Note: As a group organizer, you're responsible for moderating your community and ensuring it follows our guidelines.
Getting started
Creating a group takes just a few minutes. Here's how to get started:
- 1Click your user icon in the top navigation
- 2Select Start a group from the dropdown menu
- 3Fill in your group's basic details
Group details
When setting up your group, you'll configure several important details. Here's what each section includes:

| Theme | Sets your group's accent color for buttons, links, and the banner gradient |
| Name | A clear, descriptive name for your community |
| Summary | Short tagline shown in search results and listings |
| Description | Full description of your group's purpose and activities |
| Category | Helps people discover your group through browsing |
| Location | City or region where your group is based |
| Logo | Square image (300x300px recommended) for recognition |
| Social Links | Connect your website, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter |
Tip: Use a clear, recognizable logo and write a compelling description to attract more members to your group.
