Creating a New Group

Learn how to create and manage successful groups on Radius.

Before You Begin

Please ensure you've read our community guidelines before creating a group. These guidelines help maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all members.

Getting Started

  1. Click your user icon in the top navigation
  2. Select Start a group from the dropdown menu
  3. Fill in the basic details:
    • Group name
    • Description
    • Location (street/city/region)
    • Category

Group Details

1. Theme Selection

Choose a visual theme for your group:

  • Select from our curated gradient themes
  • Preview how each theme looks
  • Theme can be updated anytime

2. Basic Information

Set up your group's core details:

  • Name (clear and descriptive)
  • Summary (short tagline for listings)
  • Description (full story and purpose)
  • Category (helps with discovery)
  • Location (street/city/region)

3. Group Logo

Add a visual identity:

  • Upload a square image (300x300px recommended)
  • Used on your group page and in search results
  • Helps with recognition and trust

4. Social Links

Connect your other platforms:

  • Website
  • Facebook page
  • Instagram profile
  • Twitter/X account
