Group data export
Download a ZIP file of your group's data.
Group data export lets organisers download a ZIP file of their community's data — events,members, posts, photos, and settings — from the Data export tab in group settings.
Use this when you want a backup of your group, or if you're planning to move your communityelsewhere.
Overview
- Organisers only: Only group organisers can request and download an export
- We'll email you: When your file is ready, we'll send a download link to your inbox
- Keep it safe: The file includes member email addresses — store it securely
What's included
- Group profile, theme, links, and notification settings
- Members and their email addresses
- Events, RSVPs, and waitlists
- Discussion posts and comments
- Activity feed, invitations, and photos
What's not included
- Private messages between members and organisers
- Billing and subscription details
- Deleted posts and comments
How to export your group
- Open your group and go to Settings
- Select the strong class="text-zinc-300" Data export | tab
- Click strong class="text-zinc-300" Export all group data
- Wait for our email, or return to the tab to download when it's ready
Important: The download contains member email addresses. Store it securely and delete it when you no longer need it.
